We ship using a service called ChitChats, it offers a variety or shipping options through 3rd party carriers. Occasional we will use Canada Post when it's more appropriate. All packages come with tracking numbers. If your product does not include free shipping we charge a flat rate.

Returns & Exchanges
All Sales are Final. Due to the handmade nature of our products we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

if there is a malfunction or failure of the product when it arrives, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
